<p>The name of this whisky comes from the fact that good bartenders see and hear many stories and things, but these stories are never told by them.<br>John Mulgrew, was such a bartender, a «The Quiet Man» or as they say in Irish «An Fuir Ciuin».</p><p>The Quiet Man AN FEAR CIUIN 8 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey matures for 8 years in Bourbon casks.</p><p><strong>Awards:</strong><br>Gold medal in 2015 at The Irish Whiskey Masters, The Spirits Business.<br>Double Gold in 2016 at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.</p><p><strong>Colour: </strong>gold.<br><strong>Nose:</strong> fresh oak, notes of peaches, apricots, pears, hints of lemon.<br><strong>Taste: </strong>Soft, fruit salad, pineapple, notes of vanilla, honey, apples.<br><strong>Finish: </strong>Long lasting, notes of oak, cinnamon, pepper.</p>
