Description
The shape-shifters of the Donegal Coast are called Selkies.
Selkies are seals that shed their fur and turn into humans when they come ashore.
They transform into enchanting sea girls, with long dark hair, bright eyes and beautiful voices.
This whisky is inspired by these legends — it is triple distilled and matures in sherry casks.
Colour: Bright amber.
Nose: Fresh apples and pears, slightly spicy, dry smoke, oak wood.
Taste: Rich, sweet, pears, caramel, tobacco, liquorice, chocolate, toffee.
Finish: Long lasting, warming, malt, smoke, peanut butter.
