Description
Nc'nean Organic is made from organically grown Scottish barley, whose natural yields contribute to the depth of flavour.
A gentle fermentation and distillation highlight the fruity flavours. Maturation takes place in specially treated red wine and American whiskey casks to develop the whisky's distinctive body and sweetness.
A big impression with only a small footprint; each bottle is certified organic and made at the distillery with 100% renewable energy, as well as bottled in 100% recyclable bottles.
No chill filtration. No dyes.
Colour: Rich gold.
Nose: Fruity, apricot, pear, apple, dried banana chips.
Taste: Balanced, white pepper, nutmeg, citrus nuances, grape.
Finish: Long lasting.
Whether pure & chilled or as Whisky Six - always delicious.
Whisky Six: 2 parts Nc'nean Organic to 4 parts soda water, with plenty of ice. Finished with a sprig of fresh mint.
