The heavily peated malts of the Edradour distillery are called 'Ballechin'.
The Edradour Ballechin 10 Years Old is neither cool-filtered nor treated with colour additives and matures for 10 years in American and European oak barrels.
Colour: Light gold.
Nose: sweet peat smoke, toffee, vanilla, ripe fruit, notes of oak.
Taste: Well balanced, oily, sweet, peat, fruit, caramel, cinnamon.
Finish: Long lasting, sweet.
