<p>The Widow Jane Bourbon is a true New Yorker - named after the Widow Jane mine from which the pure water is used for distillation.<br>This Straight Bourbon Whiskey matures for 10 years in oak barrels, but resembles a 20 year old Bourbon by its deep cherry aroma paired with tannins in the finish.</p><p><strong>Colour: </strong>mahogany.<br><strong>Nose: </strong>creamy, butter, toffee.<br><strong>Flavour: </strong>cherries, olive oil, oranges.<br><strong>Finish: </strong>Long lasting, oranges, spices.</p>
