This limited edition requires local and fresh ingredients grown around the distillery.
All distillation steps are done locally at Ironroot Republic Distilling.
Colour: Bright amber.
Nose: Fruity, hints of cinnamon, corn, butter.
Taste: Fruity notes, apple, toasted notes, apricot.
Finish: Long lasting, brown sugar.
