Description
The bourbon blend 'RUEDIGER' was stored in five different barrels and also consists of five different types of grain (corn, rye, barley, spelt, wheat).
In the middle of the green heart of Austria, Styria, the Riegersburg stands on an already extinct volcano.
All around it grows the grain that is needed for this very special whiskey.
The name 'RUEDIGER' was given to 'Rüdiger von Hohenberg'.
In 1122 he built a base at the Riegersburg to protect the population.
Colour: Amber.
Nose: Soft, dark chocolate, corn, wheat, notes of caramel popcorn.
Taste: Strong, spices, barley, spelt, rye, notes of coffee, roasted aromas.
Finish: Long lasting, spicy rye.
