Description
Water is very important in whisky production, so water can have a great influence on the taste of the whisky.
It took the founder of the Kavalan distillery a very long time to find the right place with the right water supply.
Ilan became his destination. There is enough cold spring water flowing through Snow Mountain.
Colour: Amber.
Nose: floral, fruity, pear, coconut, notes of honey and tropical fruit, hints of chocolate.
Taste: mango, sweet, spicy.
Finish: Long lasting, citrus fruit.
