This makes “Peaty Tang” very unusual, most distilleries in the Speyside region do not use peat.</p><p><strong>NOSE</strong></p><p>SWEET AND SOOTY WITH AROMAS OF CAMPFIRE SMOKE, GINGER BISCUITS, COFFEE GROUNDS AND SMOKED MEATS WITH A SUBTLE NETTLE FRESHNESS.</p><p><strong>PALATE</strong></p><p>LAYERS OF HAZELNUT, SMOKY BACON AND TREACLE TOFFEES MINGLED WITH TOASTED OATS, PEAT SMOKE AND SWEET LIQUORICE WITH LEMON ZEST HIGHLIGHTS.</p><p><strong>FINISH</strong></p><p>NUTTY AND SMOKY WITH NOTES OF COFFEE CAKE, ROASTED PECANS AND LINGERING CLOVE SPICES</p>
