The Glenlivet distillery is the first licensed whisky distillery in Scotland. Founded in 1824, it is now the largest malt distillery in Scotland, producing around 12 million litres of whisky a year.
The Glenlivet Caribbean Reserve Whisky matures in barrels, which are previously filled with Caribbean rum. Therefore, the design of the bottle packaging, as well as the sweetness and the exotic flavors of this whiskey.
Colour: Light gold.
Nose: Fruity, tropical, notes of bananas, apples and pears.
Taste: Exotic, fruity, notes of apples, pears and caramel.
Finish: Long lasting, toffee.
