Opis
Andrew and Brian Symington founded the independent bottler, Signatory Vintage, in 1988.
In 2002 Signatory Vintage was enlarged by the acquisition of the Edradour distillery.
This whisky belongs to the Cask Strength Collection of Signatory Vintage and matures for 20 years in the Refill Hogshead.

Nose: Sugared almonds, crème brûlée, delicate vanilla, notes of yellow apples, pear compote, potpourri, exotic fruits.
Taste: Sweet, young apricots, walnuts, sandalwood, notes of chamomile, fennel, freshly sawn wood.
Finish: Long lasting, fruity, sweet, notes of oak flavors, fresh pie crust.
