Description
The Speyside region is now widely known for its excellent malt whiskies and for its superb salmon fishing.
It is in this fertile triangle between mountains and sea, long known as the Garden of Scotland, that Cragganmore Single Malt Whisky is distilled. Situated on the banks of the legendary Salmon River, Cragganmore is for many the home of the definitive Speyside malt.
Cragganmore 12 Years Old Single Malt is matured in oak casks for 12 years to achieve its highly complex, rich and layered character with a smoky finish.
Colour: Rich gold.
Nose: Sweet-floral, tart, notes of honey, vanilla.
Taste: Full-bodied, malty, hints of sweet wood smoke, sandalwood.
Finish: Long lasting, hint of smoke, sweetness.
