<p>Togouchi Pure Malt is a whisky from Chugoku Jozo, which imports single malts from various distilleries, including some Scotch whiskies.<br>For the maturation of Togouchi whiskies, disused railway tunnels are used as «cellars».<br>The temperature of the tunnel Togouchi (362 m long) is always 15 degrees, the temperature of the headquarters, in the city of Hatsukaichi, is slightly higher.<br>Since, according to the distillery, not all Japanese love the taste of peat, the imported Scotch whiskies are blended to a coherent, balanced and mild PURE MALT.</p><p><strong>Colour: </strong>Gold.<br><strong>Nose:</strong> Coarse, notes of butterscotch and cotton candy, hints of freshly cut grass.<br><strong>Taste: </strong>Sweet, coconut, cornbread, marshmallows, white pepper, nutmeg, notes of caramel and exotic fruits.<br><strong>Finish: </strong>Long lasting, spicy, sweet.</p>
