<p>In 1992, Constantinos Raptis became the fifth Metaxa Master and received carte blanche to reveal his very first personal creation.</p><p>He created<strong> METAXA Private Reserve </strong>by skillfully selecting remarkable blends at the peak of their expression.<br>These blends result from the unique marriage of Muscat wines from Samos with exquisite aged grape distillates, some of which coming from the first distillery in Piracus.<br>Since then, and only once a year, Constantinos Raptis releases a single batch of numbered decanters.</p><p><strong>METAXA PRIVATE RESERVE - Voluptuous &amp; Intense</strong></p><p>The very first own creation by Constantinos Raptis in 1992. Created once a year, in a single batch, with blends that have reached the peak of their expression.</p><p>It has a dark amber color, has a balanced aroma of wine distillate and vanilla, in which we also find inconspicuous tones of cinnamon. Its taste is perfectly rounded and full.</p><p><strong>Tasting notes</strong></p><p><strong>Look</strong>: Intense amber.<br><strong>Sense</strong>: Dry apricot and prune, honey and black raisins.<br><strong>Taste</strong>: Voluptuous and intense.
