<p>The Mata Hari Absinthe is produced according to an original recipe from 1881 by the Alt Wiener Schnapsmuseum. The special thing about Mata Hari is its extremely high thujone content of up to 35mg/kg! According to research results it is even the strongest thujone Absinthe legally available. In short, Mata Hari is really something special.</p><h3>Tasting notes:</h3><p>The taste is extremely strong and powerful. </p><p>The colour is opal green and opalised (cloudy) strongly with water, although no aniseed is contained.</p>
