Opis
G. Rozelieures Subtil is made with non-smoky malt from the distillery family's own cereals.
After malting and a rather short fermentation, a double distillation in the Charentais distillery takes place. The subsequent maturation takes place in former Cognac barrels, ex-Bourbon barrels and new barrels from the Vosges.
This whisky is characterised by its fruitiness and lightness.
Colour: straw gold.
Nose: fruity, quince, pears, hints of cereals, wood aromas.
Taste: Pleasantly spicy, fresh, notes of dried summer fruits, vanilla.
Finish: Long lasting, dry malt, hints of ginger.
