It is a high quality blend that has been aged for at least 12 years in Limousin oak casks, a process which bestows the Cognac with its captivating vanilla notes and deep amber colour.</p><p>The Chabasse family has kept its distillation methods unchanged for over 100 years and passes its well-guarded secrets down through the family, from generation to generation.
