Only a small part of the distillation (Small Batch) is selected, the one with the highest purity, discarding the rest. After the fourth distillation, the Spirit is infused with the 14 botanicals (each one individually) and then distilled one last time. The water used in the production comes from an ancient aquifer located on the outskirts of London. This spring differs from the rest in that most of its water comes from rain, it is filtered through a basaltic rock.</p>
