<p>The Castle Gin is obtained from a re-distillation of various botanicals.<br>In addition to bitter oranges from the estate’s own castle garden, juniper and other citrus fruits are also added.</p><p><strong>Colour:</strong> Clear.<br><strong>Nose:</strong> Floral aromas, juniper, lavender, lemongrass.<br><strong>Taste:</strong> Juniper, lavender, lemon notes.<br><strong>Finish: </strong>Long lasting, fruity, bitter orange.</p>
