Description
LOT No. 40 Canadian Rye Whisky is produced at the Hiram Walker Distillery in Canada.
It is distilled from 100% rye, which is divided into 10% malted and 90% unmalted rye.
First starts a simple column distillation, which is then transferred to pot stills.
The whiskey is aged in fresh barrels of American white oak for five to nine years.

Taste: Plums, cinnamon, spices, mint, smoke.
Taste: Medium, sweetish, spicy pepper flavors, some salt.
Finish: Long lasting.
