<p>What happens when a chef, a sommelier, a bartender and a master perfumer join forces? — The Ginraw Gastronomic Gin, a gin that combines all talents, experience and knowledge.<br>For this gin, the 'Rotaval' technique from the gastronomy is used for distillation.<br>Only a low temperature is used for distillation of the botanicals.</p><p><strong>Botanicals: </strong>lemons, limes, bay leaves, kaffir lime leaves, cardamom, coriander seeds,…</p><p><strong>Colour: </strong>Clear.<br><strong>Nose: </strong>Intense, fresh, floral, citrus, notes of lemon, lime, juniper.<br><strong>Taste: </strong>Soft, floral, spicy, fresh, hints of smoke aromas.<br><strong>Finish: </strong>Long lasting.</p>
