<p>"360" is an expression for a round wine that can be enjoyed in 360 degrees - beautiful, enveloping, fresh, with perfect balance and harmony.<br>The 360 Ruber Capite is a blend of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. A special feature is that 15% of the Merlot is aged for at least 5 years in oak barriques.<br>In this way, the tertiary organoleptic characteristics of the Merlot are enhanced, offering great elegant spicy and toasted notes, with a typical Boisé flavour.</p><h3>Tasting notes:</h3><p>Intense ruby red in the glass. Typical fresh Cabernet Sauvignon aromas paired with blackberry, raspberry and cherry jam on the nose.
