<p>The Clydeside Distillery opened in&nbsp;2017 as&nbsp;a&nbsp;tourist attraction and started producing whisky in&nbsp;the same year.<br>This is&nbsp;the former pump house of&nbsp;the Queen’s Dock in&nbsp;Glasgow.<br>This is&nbsp;run by&nbsp;the Morrison family, which has over a&nbsp;hundred years of&nbsp;experience in&nbsp;whisky production and already owned 3 Scottish distilleries.<br>The distillery is&nbsp;located directly on&nbsp;the River Clyde and close to&nbsp;many of&nbsp;Glasgow’s visitor attractions.<br>The Clyside Distillery is&nbsp;a&nbsp;double distillery.</p><p>The STOBCROSS Lowland Single Malt Scotch Whisky is&nbsp;the first whisky of&nbsp;the Clydeside Distillery.<br>Distilled with 100% Scottish barley and water from Loch Katrine north of&nbsp;Glasgow.<br>The whisky distilled extremely gently with unusually high cut points in&nbsp;only the best barrels.<br><br>The whiskey is not colored and not chill-filtered.</p><p><strong>Colour: </strong>Light gold.<br><strong>Nose: </strong>Sweet, floral, notes of tropical fruit.<br><strong>Taste:</strong> Noble, rich, sweet, notes of flowers, tropical fruit.<br><strong>Finish:</strong> Long lasting.</p>
