<p>The excellent and high-quality Scottish gin<strong> Isle of Harris</strong> is produced in the small village of Tarbert. They make it in a family distillery in a small distilling copper pot. The main component of gin is <strong>seaweed (Sugar kelp),</strong> which is collected by hand in lakes near the distillery. <strong>Low-mineral rainwater</strong> is used to soften the gin and is kept in a nearby valley. The gin is then filled into bottles by hand and closed with a stopper made of natural cork and wood.</p><p>Each bottle bears a paper seal with the geographical coordinates of the distillery.
