<p>«Bis idem non est idem&nbsp;— two of&nbsp;a&nbsp;kind is&nbsp;not the same»</p><p>The history of&nbsp;this gin begins on&nbsp;the farm of&nbsp;the Grundböck&nbsp;family.<br>The two brothers Gian and Florian were united by&nbsp;their passion to&nbsp;create new things or&nbsp;to&nbsp;break old patterns.<br>Invented in&nbsp;Switzerland, produced in&nbsp;Austria&nbsp;— the burning process is&nbsp;now carried out in&nbsp;the Austrian Tyrol.<br>The special thing about this Gin? It&nbsp;changes colour.<br>Thanks to&nbsp;25 carefully selected botanicals, the gin shines in&nbsp;a&nbsp;rich blue colour for the time being.<br>Depending on&nbsp;the pH-value the colour changes&nbsp;— by&nbsp;adding tonic, colour combinations from violet to&nbsp;pink can be&nbsp;achieved.</p><p><strong>Botanicals:</strong> Juniper berries, lemon peel, rose petals, lavender, angelica roots, curcuma roots, hyssop herb, orange blossom.</p><p><strong>Colour:</strong> Light blue.<br><strong>Nose:</strong> Fresh, floral aromas, juniper berries.<br><strong>Flavour: </strong>Harmonious, fresh, floral, juniper berries, hints of&nbsp;spice.<br><strong>Finish:</strong> Long lasting.</p>
