<p>Ancho Reyes is a liqueur made from the unique Chile Ancho (a mild and very broad variety of chilli).</p><p>This liqueur is inspired by a recipe from the 1920s.</p><p><strong>Tasting notes:</strong></p><ul><li>Colour: gold.</li><li>Nose: Warm, dried chilli, cinnamon, cocoa.</li><li>Taste: Silky, warm, slightly acidic, sweet baking spices.</li><li>Finish: Long lasting, smoky heat.</li></ul><p>Traditionally Ancho Reyes was drunk pure, today it is mainly used for cocktails.</p>
