Description
Yushan Single Malt Whiskey Sherry Cask is a Taiwanese single malt whisky produced at Nantou Distillery, which is famous for producing Omar single malts. The whisky is named after the highest mountain in Taiwan.
She matured for several months in ex-sherry barrels, which gave it an irresistible taste of red fruit, figs and raisins. Although unusual, whiskys from Taiwan have a fantastic taste and quality.
No added dyes and cold filtering. We recommend serving at room temperature. The bottle is in a very nice white-red gift box.
Color: amber with red-orange reflections
Aroma: citrus, chestnuts, honey, butter, malt, raisins, wood
Taste: chocolate, orange peel, flowers, barley, figs
Finish: medium length, pepper, ginger, raisins, oak, pastry
