The whisky matures in bourbon hoghsheads.<br>Dun Eideann is from the Gaelic and means Edinburgh.<br><br>This is a limited bottling of 449 bottles.</p><p><strong>Colour:</strong> Light gold.<br><strong>Nose: </strong>Spicy, full-bodied, notes of vanilla, malt, apple, lemon.<br><strong>Taste:</strong> Sweet, rich, notes of oak, vanilla.<br><strong>Finish:</strong> Long lasting.</p>
