<p>The Chugoku Jozo distillery is located not far from Hiroshima.<br>Since 1918, liqueurs, sake and shochu (the traditional brandy of Japan) have been produced there.<br>In 1990 Chugoku Jozo decided to produce whisky for the first time.<br><br>The Master Blender selects the blends of malt and grain used with extreme care.<br>This Togouchi is a blended whisky which matures for 9 years in oak casks.</p><p><strong>Colour: </strong>Amber.<br><strong>Nose: </strong>Intense, sweet spices, yellow fruit.<br><strong>Taste: </strong>Fresh, dry, notes of spices, citrus fruits.<br><strong>Finish:</strong> Long lasting, spices, citrus, peat, smoky aromas.</p>
