Description
<p>Shinobu blended whisky is produced in Niigata.<br>Niigata is a major city at the mouth of the Shinano River and one of the largest port cities in Japan.<br>The word 'Shinobu' means 'forbearance' in Japanese.</p><p>Shinobu Whisky is a blend of whiskies aged in former sherry and bourbon casks.<br>Master Distiller Mr. Usami selects the noble drops and unites them in a Japanese Mizunara barrel where they receive the finish.</p><p>The bottling is done without artificial colors.</p><p><strong>Awards:</strong><br>SILVER at World Whisky Awards 2022<br>SILVER at International Wine & Spirit Competition 2021<br>GOLD at 76th Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of America 2019<br>GOLD at San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2019<br>GOLD at International Whisky Competition 2019<br>SILVER at Bartender Spirits Award</p><p><strong>Colour:</strong> Bright gold.<br><strong>Nose:</strong> Butter, coconuts, mint, grass, wood.<br><strong>Taste:</strong> Soft, oily, buttery, vanilla.<br><strong>Finish: </strong>Long lasting, vanilla.</p>
