<p>The rum is made from freshly pressed sugar cane.<br>Its aroma is intensified by maturing and blending processes.<br>In Mauritius it is matured for 18 months in oak barrels and then bottled in France in the Cognac region.</p><p><strong>Colour:</strong> Light amber.<br><strong>Nose:</strong> Fresh, fruity, cut sugar cane, honey.<br><strong>Taste: </strong>Fruity, hints of spices, sugar cane, caramel, vanilla.<br><strong>Finish: </strong>Long lasting and fruity.</p>
