<p>The rum is&nbsp;produced in&nbsp;the small town of&nbsp;Remedios, in&nbsp;the heart of&nbsp;Cuba.<br>The small colonial town is&nbsp;the third oldest town in&nbsp;Cuba.<br>The Destilería&nbsp;Heriberto Duquesne was founded in&nbsp;1956.<br>Since 2017, the rum has also been sold beyond the country’s borders again.</p><p>Due to&nbsp;the harmony with nature and the climatic conditions, the sugar cane matures in&nbsp;a&nbsp;first-class way.<br>No&nbsp;additional sugar couleur is&nbsp;added to&nbsp;the rum. The distillery attaches great importance to&nbsp;purity and quality during production.</p><p>The maturation takes place for 18 years in&nbsp;American white oak barrels.</p><p><strong>Colour: </strong>Gold.<br><strong>Nose: </strong>Dried fruits, citrus notes, coconut, vanilla, fresh berries.<br><strong>Taste: </strong>Dry, intense, tropical fruits, cinnamon, cloves.<br><strong>Finish:</strong> Long lasting, harmonious.</p>
