<p>The renowned distillery Varela Hermanos grows the sugar cane for the production of rum itself.</p><p>The Abuelo Añejo XV Años NAPOLEON Cognac Cask Finish is part of the 'Finish Collection' of Ron Abuelo.<br>The names of the rums in the Finish Collection reflect the character and the inspiration for making this rum.<br>This rum matures first in American oak barrels and then receives a 15 year finish in French cognac casks.</p><p><strong>Colour: </strong>mahogany.<br><strong>Nose:</strong> Spicy, sweet, wood, dried fruit, vanilla, honey.<br><strong>Taste: </strong>Mature, sweetish, butterscotch, roasted nuts, spices, wood.<br><strong>Finish: </strong>Long lasting, elegant.</p><p>You can enjoy the rum pure or use it for cocktails.</p>
