<p><strong>ROBY MARTON GIN</strong></p><p>In the first process the alcohol is distilled with the juniper, obtaining the base of the gin.&nbsp;</p><p>In the second phase, for about 10% of the total volume, a cold infusion (called COLD COMPOUND) is made with 11 botanicals: citrus peel, cinnamon, licorice root, anise seeds, juniper berries, pink pepper, horseradish root, ginger, cloves, allspice, cardamom.&nbsp;</p><p>This second distillation process makes our Gin unique in its kind, the scents are clear and intense, the whole is elegant and the taste persistent.&nbsp;</p><p>Tasting notes: Complex gin, well structured and dry, with hints of juniper, licorice and ginger, followed by delicate citrus notes.&nbsp;</p><p>Tasting tips: In a classic Gin Tonic it is very elegant, fragrant and persistent and the notes of licorice, allspice and ginger are enhanced.</p>
