<p>Inga is a traditional distillery in Piedmont. Grappa has been made here for generations from the typical Piedmontese grape varieties. The distillery is located in the middle of the Gavi white wine growing area, not far from the village of Gavi. That's why Grappa di Gavi is, so to speak, the house's specialty among its grappas.<br>Another specialty is the Antico Amaro di Serravalle. The recipe was first recorded in the 19th century by Giuseppe Inga and has been kept in the family ever since. The Antico Amaro di Serravalle is not as sweet as Averna and not as hard as Fernet. Just the right balance for it to be recognized as bitter on the tongue.<br>The refreshingly lemony Limoncello is bright yellow and made from the best, sun-kissed lemons. Ice-cold, a refreshing treat on hot summer days. An unusual aperitif is the Grappa Affinata. Pomace from small DOC or DOCG wineries is used for this. After distillation, the grappa is stored in barrique barrels. In addition to the fruit notes, this gives it aromas of vanilla and spices and a velvety texture.<br><br><strong>Panarea</strong><br>The two Panarea Gins are a tribute to the Inga family's Sicilian heritage. Panarea is a small paradise island with which the Inga family has many personal and inspiring memories. Panarea is the pearl of the Aeolian Islands in Sicily and is therefore predestined to give its name to the two outstanding Italian distilled gins. Both gins are already an enrichment for the palate. But the 'Pearl of the Aeolian Islands' also comes into its own in various gin cocktails, such as Gin Fizz, Mule or Tonic.<br><br><strong>Maestro Café and Gran Milano</strong><br>The Maestro Café is an absolute cult drink in Italy and is now conquering the German market. A creamy coffee liqueur with incredible body for dessert or cocktail. The Gran Milano Bitter is fiery red and has a convincing balance of freshness and spice.
