<p>The Monkey 47 Sloe Gin is produced in addition to the 47 existing botanicals mostly from hand-picked blackthorn.<br>Care is taken during production to ensure that fresh blackthorn and no concentrates are used.<br>The Monkey 47 Sloe Gin matures for 3 months in earthenware barrels.</p><p><strong>Colour:</strong> red, cloudy.<br><strong>Nose: </strong>Lavender, notes of citrus fruits.<br><strong>Taste:</strong> Bitter, sweet, herbs, lavender.<br><strong>Finish:</strong> Long lasting.</p>
