<p>The history of the Christian Drouin brand begins in the 1960s, when Christian Drouin Senior buys an estate and starts producing calvados, apple brandy.<br>Together with his sons, he builds a company that has also established a foothold internationally.</p><p>The special thing about Le Gin de Christian Drouin is that the basis is an apple brandy consisting of 30 different varieties and refined with 8 botanicals. Twelve months rests the apple gin in small, 225-liter barrels.</p><p><strong>Botanicals:</strong> juniper, ginger, vanilla, lemon, cardamom, cinnamon, rose petals, almonds.</p><p><strong>Awards:</strong><br>Gold in 2022 at Meininger’s International Spirits Award.</p><p><strong>Color: </strong>Clear.<br><strong>Nose: </strong>Fresh aromas, apples, vanilla.<br><strong>Taste:</strong> Apples, ginger, citrus, ginger, almonds, cardamom, cinnamon.<br><strong>Finish:</strong> Long lasting.</p>
