Description
The Knockando distillery is located in a village of the same name in Moray, Scotland. It was founded by John Thompson in 1898.
Today, the distillery belongs to Diageo, a company which operates worldwide and produces alcoholic beverages.
In each bottle you will always find the product of only one vintage - a peculiarity that continues to distinguish Knockando from almost all other single malts.
This Knockando 12 Years Old matures for at least 12 years in bourbon casks.
Particularly fine, fruity and subtle Speyside whisky with nutty, floral flavours.
Colour: Light amber.
Nose: Fruity, floral, touch of blackcurrant.
Taste: Light, pleasant, sweet, touch of acidity, almonds.
Finish: Long lasting.
