Opis
The Hatozaki Whiskies are produced in the Kaikyo Distillery, which owes its name to the famous AkashiKaikyo Bridge.
The Yonezawa family has been brewing sake in their own Akashi-Tai brewery since 1856, and in 1917 they started distilling other spirits.
Hatozaki pure malt whisky is a batting of 100% malt whiskies which have been aged in imported bourbon casks, imported sherry casks and native Mizunara oak barrels. The Whisky comes in a nice box.
Hatozaki Pure Malt has a rich profile of sweet cereals and malty dried fruit with a light touch of smoke and honey on the finish.
