<h2>Grappa aged in Chestnut barrels</h2><p>This special grappa is hand-made by steeping Piedmont chestnuts, previously roasted and then chopped, along with our best grappa for about 6 months.<br>Then, it is sieved by separating it from fruit and aged in 225l chestnut barriques specially manufactured for us by a master cooper for about 5 years.<br>The result is a special grappa with a delicate chestnut aroma.</p><p><strong>GRAPE VARIETY</strong>: Barbera<br><strong>AGING AND FINING</strong>: 5 years in chestnut wood Barriques</p>
