Aged in American oak barrels, this West Indies blend brings together rums from Barbados for a hint of Pot still rums, Dominican Republic, Panama and British Guyana for the Column still.</p><p><strong>TASTING NOTES</strong></p><p><strong>Nose:</strong> delicate but pretty aromatic, upfront picking up some hints of fermented fruits, followed by scents of rock candy, honey, peach and sweet spices, like an oriental dish<br><strong>Mouth:</strong> entry is keenly spicy and honeyed, leading to some rock candy and burnt molasses.
