<h2><strong>COCKSPUR XO</strong></h2><p>COCKSPUR XO is a work of art made with a blend of rums aged in ex-bourbon casks as well as Spanish oloroso sherry casks.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>The nose is ground is a combination of cinnamon and cloves with background orange peel, vanilla and a bit of tropical fruit.&nbsp;</p><p>This dark rum is characterized by its dark and rich palate that begins with syrup and dried fruit and then picks up some chocolate and charred oak.&nbsp;</p><p>The finish is marmalade with hints of nutmeg.</p><p>Each batch filling is&nbsp;limited to&nbsp;100 barrels!</p>
