<p>Absinthe Montmartre is an exclusive creation of the Alt-Wiener Schnapsmuseum in collaboration with absinthe expert Roman Gundacker. Known for his deep passion for absinthe and its history, Gundacker brings his expertise and his collection of absinthe antiques to this project.<br><br>The recipe for Absinthe Montmartre is based on original formulas from the museum's archives, inspired by traditional French absinthes. For Absinthe Montmartre, only high-quality ingredients such as grande wormwood, Florentine fennel, aniseed and angelica seeds are used. These are carefully macerated and distilled, using only the heart of the distillate to ensure quality and purity. The natural color of the absinthe is achieved using Pontic wormwood, hyssop, lemon balm and mint, without any artificial coloring.<br><br>Absinthe Montmartre is a pure, unadulterated absinthe, produced according to ancient tradition, ideal for connoisseurs of this historic drink.</p><h3>Tasting notes:</h3><p>This absinthe offers an exceptional taste experience with its fresh aromas of orange and citrus fruits.</p>
