Known for his deep passion for absinthe and its history, Gundacker brings his expertise and his collection of absinthe antiques to this project.<br><br>The recipe for Absinthe Montmartre is based on original formulas from the museum's archives, inspired by traditional French absinthes. For Absinthe Montmartre, only high-quality ingredients such as grande wormwood, Florentine fennel, aniseed and angelica seeds are used. These are carefully macerated and distilled, using only the heart of the distillate to ensure quality and purity.
