<p>By&nbsp;the Dutch Dry Gin is&nbsp;distilled in&nbsp;the traditional distillery Herman Jansen.<br>In&nbsp;addition to&nbsp;the botanicals juniper, coriander, lemon peel, blood orange, nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamom and laurel, the Dry Gin also relies on&nbsp;a&nbsp;small proportion of&nbsp;malt wine, which is&nbsp;otherwise only used in&nbsp;the production of&nbsp;jenever.<br>All eight botanicals are individually macerated in&nbsp;grain alcohol and distilled once more before being combined with the already mentioned malt wine, water and further grain alcohol by&nbsp;Master Distiller Ad&nbsp;van der Lee to&nbsp;form By&nbsp;the Dutch Dry Gin.</p><p><strong>Colour: </strong>Clear.<br><strong>Nose:</strong> Fresh, notes of&nbsp;lemon peel, juniper, blood oranges, hints of&nbsp;winter spices.<br><strong>Taste: </strong>Fresh, notes of&nbsp;lemon peel, juniper.<br><strong>Finish:</strong> Long lasting, spices, cinnamon.</p>
