Opis
Twin Fin is a secret recipe of spices that includes orange and vanilla is distilled in a Cornish copper still, then is blended with a Jamaican pot still rum and a light Dominican column-still rum. Finally, it is finished with a touch of Pedro Ximenez sherry for natural balance and rests on charred oak chips for a rich golden colour.
Color: Gold. Nose: Exotic citrus, oak, hints of spices.
Taste: Soft, rich, caramelized banana, vanilla, cinnamon, notes of nutmeg.
Finish: Long lasting, sweet-smoky, hints of fruit.
Distilled in the Copper Pot Still Tressa, this Caribbean spiced rum is infused with a secret blend of spices before adding a touch of PX sherry for sweetness.
This incredible blend is then aged on charred oak chips to give the rum its golden glow.
