An additional dosage of 40 g/l of cane sugar gives this demi-sec champagne its special smoothness and elegance. The composition of the wine is 45% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 15% Meunier. With a storage potential of up to three years, the wine is traditionally sealed with a natural cork.&nbsp;</p><h3>Tasting notes:</h3><p>Bright golden yellow in the glass. Intense nose of dried fruit, almonds, hazelnuts and roasted and toasted aromas. Full-bodied, aromatic on the palate, nuances of honey and pine sap.
