Stephen and Jeremy Schacht, a father and son duo with engineering backgrounds, use their extensive knowledge of science and traditional distilling techniques to produce exceptional spirits in their handcrafted distillery.<br><br>In 2007, Stephen and Ramona moved to the Cowichan Valley to start a vegetable farm. Their son Jeremy, fascinated by the technology of distillation, was looking for a way to creatively use his degree in process engineering.
