<p>The name derives from the river Fonte dell'Anguillaia, which flows through the winery.<br><br>Awards:<br>- 93 James Suckling</p><h3>Tasting notes:</h3><p>Ruby red with purple reflections in the glass. </p><p>On the nose an intense and complex bouquet with notes of wild rose, wild berries, marasca, currants and fine spices.</p><p>Fresh and balanced on the palate with an elegant juicy note. </p><p>Long lasting on the finish.<br><br>Grape varieties: 33% Cabernet Franc, 33% Cabernet Sauvignon, 34% Petit Verdot.<br><br>Aging: steel tank.<br>Acidity: 5.70 g/l.<br>Serving temperature: 16 - 18°C.<br><br>A perfect companion to fish soups or meat dishes.</p>
