The Turquoise Bay Amber Rum comes from the island of Mauritius.
It is one of the dream islands in the Indian Ocean and neighbour of the well-known island Madagascar.
Approximately 90% of Mauritius are occupied by sugar cane plantations.
The Turquoise Bay Amber Rum matures in American oak barrels.
The rum is composed of 8-year-old, 5-year-old and 3-year-old rums from Mauritius.
Molasses as well as sugar cane juice give the rum exactly what it needs to perfectly reflect the dream island Mauritius.
Colour: Bright amber.
Nose: Fruity, light notes of oak, caramel.
Taste: Creamy, caramel, cane sugar.
Finish: Long lasting, creamy.
